JUST-IN:New cases of Cholera recorded in Nasarawa State

The Nasarawa State government says it has recorded an unspecified number of new cases of cholera in the state.
The state epidemiologist, Dr. Grace Tsakpa, stated this in an exclusive interview in Lafia on Friday.
Tsakpa disclosed new cholera cases were recorded in different parts of the state on Friday, adding that health workers had been deployed to the affected communities.
“There are reported cases of cholera. I was just informed, so, I can’t really tell how many cases we have for now”, said Tsakpa.
She further called on stakeholders across the 13 local governments of the state to join hands in the fight against cholera in the state.
