JUST-IN:NSUK UPDATE: CURRENT 100LEVELS TO TAKE PART IN ONLY ONE GST THIS SEMESTER ---NSUK GST DIRECTORATE

The Ag directorate For GSTs of the Nasarawa State University keffi,has announced that the current 100 level Students will only be offering one general studies (GST) this semester.
This was confirmed by our correspondent through a press statement by the Ag directorate GST,while addressing Students concerning the new development.
Statements reads thus;
"Let me inform us that we have a new curriculum called the Core Minimum Academic Standards (CCMAS) which replaces the one (Benchmark Minimum Academic Standards, BMAS) we have been using.
ADVERTISMENT
The effective implementation of the CCMAS is 2023/2024 academic session i.e the current session we are in. By the CCMAS outline, our 100level students will only take GST111 (Communication in English) in first semester and GST112 (Nigeria People and Culture, formerly GST113) in second semester.
However for those that failed GST111, GST112,GST113 last session, they will hold their lectures, take test and write exams for the courses failed (GST11,GST112,GST113) in this semester.
Timeable for GST112 and GST113 for those who failed such courses will be released in due course. Kindly contact the Directorate for any clarification. Thank you!".
