Man walks back to laboratory to ask that his genotype result of AA be changed to AS so he wouldn't marry girlfriend
A tweet shared by @EmeraldZee1 has sparked debate on social media, revealing an unusual incident at a clinic.
According to the tweet, a couple visited a clinic for genotype testing and appeared very affectionate with each other, giving off a "lovey-dovey" impression.
After submitting samples for testing, the man reportedly returned to the clinic just five minutes later with an unusual request. He informed the staff that he is aware of his genotype being "AA" and his partner's as "AS." However, he requested that the clinic alter the results to show him as "AS" so he would have a reason not to marry her, citing that he couldn’t proceed with someone carrying the AS genotype.
The incident has generated mixed reactions online, with some users condemning the man’s actions as deceitful, while others debated the cultural pressures surrounding marriage and genotype compatibility in relationships.
