Nsuk VC lauds Nas Gov. Sule for Prioritizing Education As Sector Gets Lion Share In 2025 Budget.
Professor Sa’adatu described the action of the Governor as unprecedented in the history of Nasarawa State as an investment in the generations to come.

The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman has commended the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State His Excellency Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule for prioritizing the Education sector with the highest allocation of 78.1 Billion Naira in the 2025 budget estimate, equivalent to 20.4 % of the entire estimate for the 2025 fiscal year.
Professor Sa’adatu described the action of the Governor who is the Visitor to Nasarawa State University, Keffi, as unprecedented in the history of Nasarawa State as an investment in the generations to come taking into cognizance the importance of education as the bedrock of any development.
The Vice-Chancellor also appreciated Governor Sule for the special interest he has in Nasarawa State University, Keffi, and also the award of contract for the construction of the 4.5 Kilometer internal road network for the University amongst other Infrastructural interventions that have manifested in the University being named as the Second Best State University in Nigeria, according to the recent rankings by the reputable Times Higher Education.
It will be recalled that Governor Abdullahi A. Sule recently presented the 2025 Budget estimate of 382 Billion Naira tagged "Budget of Economic Growth and Stability" to the Nasarawa State House of Assembly for consideration.
