The supreme Court has fixed Friday 19th January 2023 for judgement on the Nasarawa State Guber election held in February 2023.
Recall that The Supreme Court has on Tueday reserved it's judgment in the appeal filed by the governorship candidate of the People's Democratic Party(PDP) in Nasarawa State, David Ombugadu against the election of Governor Abdullahi Sule of the All Progressives Congress(APC).
However, a five-member panel of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun reserved judgment on the appeal after all parties in the suit adopted their briefs of arguments
